Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopalabeauty.com with:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
* Product must be unopened
* Product must be in original packaging
* Product must be in resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Opened cosmetics
* Used beauty products
* Gift cards
* Clearance or final sale items
* Products marked as non-returnable
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing.
