Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products including the A.L.A Beauty 3-in-1 Lip Combo Stick cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Jewelry Cleaning Kit

The A.L.A Beauty Signature Kit may be returned within 14 days only if it is unopened and unused. Opened cleaning solutions or used applicators are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@helloalabeauty.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Preorders

By placing a preorder, you understand that your item is not yet in stock and will ship within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Preorder cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has been confirmed, preorder orders cannot be canceled.
